In solidarity with all communities affected by detention and deportation, ZHRO is demonstrating outside the Kenyan Embassy against Kenyan Airways collusion with the UK government in the deportation of persons who are unwilling to be removed. We also protest against long detention prior to deportation as the law states that detention is a 14 day period prior to deportation. Most affected communities are Jamaica, Ghana and Nigeria. Ethiopian Airways also carries deportees, often in restraints. Jamaica is affected by mass deportation by charter flights.
